What to Expect
Individual yoga sessions are held at the Norwood office. All props and bolsters are provided. You can bring your own yoga mat or borrow one of ours. Please bring your own towel and water bottle. It’s recommended that you not eat anything too heavy for at least 45 minutes before the session.
