Individual yoga sessions are similar to regular yoga classes, except you are the only student in the room and the class is tailored to your unique goals and areas of tension. Prior to the session, you will receive a short intake form, asking you to identify the areas you want to stretch and strengthen, and your overall fitness level. From there, we will design a class for your unique needs.
Because this is your class, we can take our time through each posture and discuss proper alignment and optional modifications. You will also receive hands-on support enabling you to try more advanced postures and go deeper in your current practice.
Individual Yoga Sessions are conducted in our Blue Ash office. All yoga equipment will be providing, including a mat and any props that are needed for your custom session.
What to Bring
Please bring a water bottle and wear loose fitting clothes, suitable for stretching.
