Although we customize the class to each groups needs, our most common class types include:
Yoga & Mindfulness for Stress Reduction (60 mins): This course can be taught as a one-time event or a 10-week course. Each class covers basic mindfulness and yoga practices that will improve overall mental focus, emotional well-being, and physical strength. Check our Events Calendar for upcoming community events. Chair Yoga & Mindfulness for Stress Reduction (60 mins): This class is ideal for students with mobility needs or as part of a corporate wellness program. You’ll learn the basics of mindfulness and techniques for improving concentration and focus, as well as, yoga postures that can be easily integrated into your workday or existing training program.
Kids Yoga & Mindfulness (60 mins): Our kids classes are a wonderful complement to your next birthday party celebration or school event. We’ll bring the mats, the music, the games and the activities to you. Unless requested, our classes are designed for multiple fitness levels and no previous yoga experience is required. Mats and yoga supplies are available, but please bring your own mat if you have it. Dress comfortably to allow freedom of movement and refrain from eating at least 1 hour prior to class.
